A house, designed and built with bioclimatic principles combined with functionality and in line with the specific requirements of the settlement aesthetics. Since the primary design phase implemented energy saving methods for heating and cooling the building. Energy saving is achieved by appropriate siting of the building plot, the correct orientation of the premises, adequate diarrythmisi- dimensioning of spaces, proper utilization of the properties of materials, application of solar energy storage and reducing heat loss in winter without impeded the proper functioning of residence and implementation methods of sun protection and natural cooling of premises in summer without obstructing the proper functioning of the house. The building was constructed with conventional materials to be depreciated over a period of 5 years the burden on the overall construction costs caused by the application of energy-saving methods.
