The residence was designed from the ground up on a plot within the city plan close to the center. The desire of the owners, apart from the necessary spaces, was to have elements of the 60s like the old urban houses and for this reason in the design many morphological elements emerged that strengthened the character of the residence but also have a modern character. Strong colors are dominant in the spaces and were combined in such a way as to result in a smooth transition to each floor. The construction and exploitation of the legal boundary were done in such a way that there is no loss of square meters and comfortable spaces for the needs of the family of three are created. The result is a maisonette with basement and attic that covers all the needs of the owners.
