MAKTABA CAFE

The space is  in a restored 19th century tobacco warehouse building that is used as a public library. There were certain elements of the building that were preserved and mild interventions were chosen in the design of the space in order to upgrade the aesthetics and improve its functionality as a cafe-bar. The materials of the finishes, the new bar and the furniture have the natural color of the wood and the combination of warm colors.
