The object of the study prepared the repair of the building of the first state nursery in Alexandroupolis one of the most recognizable buildings, inextricably linked to the history of the city. The proposal – restoration of the building has been done with respect to the morphological elements which characterize it and give it its identity. The rehabilitation proposal included:

Epemvaseis the bearing structure in order to improve the statics of the building. H strengthening the building done in masonry using shotcrete to improve the behavior of masonry and was also replacing the wooden roof.
Restoring all the morphological elements of the facades and replacement of existing external doors and windows with new wooden frames and compartmentalization same form with the old
New ilektromichanolikes facilities (heating-electro-refrigerated – water – sewerage)
New interior materials of finishes (floors – false ceilings – coatings – colors – interior doors)
